Noel Kreidler: Principal, Kreidler Solutions
Grant Doster: Sr. Vice President, Lee Hecht Harrison

Noël Kreidler has had a successful career in Human Resources for over 25 years and holds a Master's degree in Education and a Bachelor's degree in Economics. Her HR career has spanned high tech, higher education, non-profit, and retail environments, and she recently started her own consulting company, Kreidler Solutions, to focus on what she loves.

Her business provides clients with solutions in the areas of talent acquisition/management, workshop design and facilitation, project management, and support with interpreting the American's with Disabilities Act (ADA) from both an HR and architectural design perspective. Noël is the former Senior Director of HR, Programs and Administration for Project HIRED and currently sits on the Board of Directors for the agency. She is passionate about shifting people's mindset around what it means to have a disability, and she brings her unique life experience as a person living with a disability to the forefront of her work and interactions with people. Her life is in service to ensuring that all people have the opportunity to fully participate in society and that each person's talents are appreciated and utilized in the workplace and beyond. Outside of work she has a loving and supportive sweetie, supportive family and friends, and she enjoys public speaking, writing, swimming and watercolor painting.

Grant Doster is the Senior Vice President, Talent Development for Lee Hecht Harrison, the global leader in Talent Mobility. His primary focus has been on helping companies build strong leaders, engage their employees and help them go through myriad changes. Grant has integrated the LHH award winning steps to development with his own tenured experience to ensure the growth of his constituents.

Grant's career has spanned over 25 years in the financial services, consumer products, advertising, and entertainment industries including Pepsi Cola, Miller Brewing and Walt Disney. Grant's experience includes leading marketing, distribution, and business development efforts coupled with strategic planning, operations and finance. He has been a contract facilitator/management consultant for the past 15 years with Pope and Associates training thousands of corporate and public sector professionals in diversity and inclusion. He also has over 25 years of experience as subject matter expert and trainer within the consumer products industry. His corporate career includes Senior Vice President-Client Services, with Carol H Williams Advertising, the largest African American full service advertising agency at the time He holds an MBA from the University of Redlands, attended the Graduate School of Retail Banking at the University of Virginia, and San Diego State University as an undergraduate.
